Join us for the 3RRC Summer Training Group! Whether you’re training for your first 5k or you’re trying to PR after years of training, we can help you reach your goals.
This 8-week training group is focused on gearing up for the Pufferbelly Run, Walk, Stroll on Saturday, July 18th. This race is not a requirement; you are welcome to train with us for any race of your choice! Should you choose to compete in the Pufferbelly 5k or 10k, you will receive a discounted entry with your membership to the training group.
